My name is Katy Gilbert and I am a self-taught, internationally recognised, British artist, now living and working in the USA.
I am located at 133 Vickery Lane on Wilmington Island, Savannah Georgia. .
My art tends to come in all shapes and sizes using various textures and mediums. I have several different styles to my work which appeal to many tastes.
I love to experiment with abstract paintings using inks and acrylic proving very popular with English art lovers.
My posterised works on canvas are fun and striking. Taking stars from movies and adding another dimension to their image gives the subject a kind of pop-arty feel and is an eye-catching conversation piece.
I also sculpt clay, make jewellery and accent pieces for home decoration.
